Baby Shower Gift 2

Here's the second picture frame for baby Ariana.  The shower is on Sunday, so I'm glad to get this done in time.  (There aren't enough hours in the day!!!)

The baby's room has a pink, green, and brown color scheme.  And the theme is butterflies and flowers.  I racked my brain to come up with this.  I normally just do a stork and baby stuff.  But I like how this turned out.

A Wedding Card

It's been almost a week since my last post - I've been scrapbooking like crazy, but this is my first card of the new year. My cousin is getting married in two weeks, so I made this for his wedding. Their colors are tan and green, so I chose those colors for the card.

I want to thank my friend Kathy from Germany for sending these wonderful Tilda and Edwin wedding stamped images.  They aren't even available yet, so I am so lucky to have them.  Thanks Kathy!

I had a lot of fun making this card.  I wanted to use Claudia Rosa's tutorial on how to make a frame card, since it is the challenge on the Magnolia-licious Highlights Blog

Patterned Paper: K & Co
Solid Cardstock: The Paper Co
Stamps: Magnolia Wedding Tilda, Wedding Edwin, Wedding Cake, Roses, Studio G Sentiment
Misc: Martha Stewart Lace Heart Border Punch, Score pal & X-acto knife, Bic Mark it Markers, Martha Stewart Large Heart Punch, Adhesive Pearls, Skittles, Creative Memories Scallop Corner Punch

Happy New Year!

Hey everyone!  Happy New Year!  WOW, is it really 2010?!?

I haven't posted in a few days, but I have been scrapbooking a LOT!  I am working on a scrapbook of my trip to Europe in 2006.  I really want to get it done.  I promise to post pictures of the entire book when I finish.

I can't believe that I only started making cards in March!  I've been a scrapbooker for about 8 years, but I started making cards when I bought my Cricut (best purchase I've ever made!).  I would like to thank all of my wonderful blog friends and followers.  I get so much inspiration from all of you!

I was on Patricia Garcia's blog and she showcased some of her favorite GORGEOUS cards from the past year.  She has inspired me.  Here's my 2009 year in review:
