LM 630 - Favorites - Shapes

This month at Lasting Memories, we are revisiting the most popular challenges from this year.  This week, we are using shapes on our layouts - triangles, circles, hearts or hexagons.

I created a layout about bringing Audrey home from the hospital.  I found this adorable cut file of a house.  It had several triangles and a heart, so it worked perfectly for this challenge.

December Challenge YOUrself

This month at Challenge YOUrself, we are using black and white photos!

When I saw this month's prompt, I knew exactly which photo to use.  When we did Audrey's newborn shoot, we got an incredible picture of Mike and I bowing our heads over Audrey.  We're in the window, so it's a silhouette and it looks amazing in black and white.

December Stick it Down

Here's the December sketch at Stick it Down:

I created a layout with photos from Christmas 2021.  It was Audrey's 1st Christmas and it was the most amazing day!

I had so many photos that I added a flip flap with additional photos.

LM 628 - Favorites - Wedding Inspired

This month at Lasting Memories, we are revisiting our most popular challenges from this year.  This week, we are using our May "wedding challenge" and using something old, new, borrowed and blue on our layouts.

I created a layout using Audrey's first Santa photo.  I've been hoarding this beautiful Santa image from October Afternoon (my favorite company that I miss SOOOO much!).  I knew I had to use it for this layout.

Something old - October Afternoon supplies

Something new - new baby

Something borrowed - sketch

Something blue - holly paper

Here's the page map sketch I used:

November Stick it Down

 Here's the November sketch:

I created a layout using photos of my daughter's birth. I had so many photos to use and this sketch worked perfectly.  She was just the most perfect, adorable little girl.  I especially love the photo of my husband holding her for the first time.

November Challenge YOUrself

This month at Challenge YOUrself, we are using handwritten journaling.

This challenge was very easy for me, since I use handwritten journaling on 95% of my pages.  I created a layout with photos from our trip to Orlando in December 2020.  I was surprised that we had to walk outside on the runway, so I took photos with the plane.
