This month at Lasting Memories, our theme is "scrapbook cooking" and we have recipe challenges each week this month.
This week's recipe: 1 large photo, 3 patterned papers, a pinch of wood veneer, a dash of chipboard pieces and a sprinkle of enamel dots.
I may have cheated slightly - I did use one large photo, but there's also 3 small photos.
I went to a bridal shower in July for a good friend. There were little wooden hearts with the word "love" on them, so of course I stole some for my layout! When I scrapbook events, I generally put the invitation on the page too, as I have done here. I blocked out the phone number and e-mail to RSVP to.
3 Patterned Papers (background & two photo mats) - My Mind's Eye On Trend Collection
Wood Veneer - "Love" hearts - decorations from the party
Chipboard Frame (on bottom center photo) - Heidi Swapp
Enamel hearts - MME On Trend
Letters - Thickers

My Entire Pre-Wedding Album
It's DONE!!! I am posting the scrapbook here in its entirety. I have posted some of my layouts previously, but all of the wedding planning, rehearsal dinner, and some of the bachelorette pages are new.
Disclaimer: Please disregard all inappropriate balloon pictures from the bachelorette party.
Enjoy!
There's too many products to name them all. There's a lot of Jolees embellishments. Cricut Storybook, Lyrical Letters, Tie the Knot, Wild Card Font.
If you have any specific questions about supplies I used, please ask.

Last 2 Bridal Shower Pages
My shower had a scrapbooking theme. Each table made a scrapbook page that was later put into an album for me (by one of my bridesmaids). In the top left corner, there is a picture of my & the scrapbook kit my mom got for me. The five square photos are some of the pages that were created at the shower. And the bottom picture is three of my friends posing with the page they made.
Close up of the Jolees scrapbooking embellishments (so cute!) and my journaling.
Right page:
Supplies: Floral paper and ribbon by American Crafts, Striped paper by Miss Elizabeth's, Solid Cardstock by The Paper Co, Jolees embellishments, Nesties Circles, package of tags from unknown company (purchased at Walmart)

The Bow Hat
This layout is for the bow hat that the bridesmaids made me at my shower. I used the Stuck on you sketches (SOUS) for this week to create this layout.
The challenge at Practical Scrappers this week was to use something you've had for over a year. I got married 2 1/2 years ago and I've had the photos and Jolees embellishments since then! I have also had the Cricut Wild Card Cart for more than a year and only used it once or twice since buying it!
Supplies: Paper by American Crafts, Cricut Wild Cards font, Retro Flower Punches, Adhesive pearls, Liquid Pearls, Nestabilities Circles, embellishments, White Gelly Roll Pen

Bridal Shower Layout
This is the first spread for my bridal shower from my bridesmaids and Mom. I chose to use gorgeous coordinating purple and teal paper, since purple is my favorite color and the color of my bridesmaid dresses. Plus, the invitations was teal, and I wanted to put it on the page.
For the left page, I used a sketch from Stuck on You Sketches.
