July Stick it Down

Here's the July Stick it Down sketch made by yours truly.  I figured this sketch would give you a great way to use up some scraps.  I love the idea of having half circles around the entire border of the page.

I decided to use photos from my nephew's first birthday party.  I took a ton, so I used a bunch of small photos.  I recently went to a scrapbook yard sale and I found this monster paper pack from CTMH.  It was PERFECT.  The colors matched all the party decor and my nephew's outfit!

A First Birthday Card

I created this card for my BFF's daughter.  She turned one over the weekend.  Unfortunately, she lives in Los Angeles (and I am in Philadelphia), so I didn't get to see her for her birthday.  I wanted to make sure that I mailed a card though.

Supplies:

Patterned Paper by American Crafts

A quick and easy child's birthday card

I was going through some paper scraps and I found this animal border.  Then I took a piece of green paper, used my stripe stamp to give it some texture.  I added the square brads and the oval punches.
Easy peasy!

A Birthday Card

I am going to a birthday party for a 1 year old this afternoon. I needed a quick card, so this is what I made for her.

I am going to a crop this morning/early afternoon.  I discovered that there's a Drexel Hill scrapbooking meet up once a month at a church literally around the corner from my house.  How excited am I?!?  This will be my first time attending the meet-up.  I met some of the ladies at the Stampin' Up party I attended last week.
