Craft Us Crazy 13

This fortnight at Craft Us Crazy, our challenge is "anything goes."  My DT term is up, so this is my last challenge as a DT member.  Since I have taken over as DT coordinator at Tuesday Throwdown, I just don't have time for 4 DTs.
