This week at Lasting Memories, our challenge is to use 5 different patterned papers. There's an optional birthday theme, but I am still trying to finish up my Christmas 2016 pages.
I got this kit at the CKC convention last summer, but I made some modifications. I love this paper line by October Afternoon.

LM 336 - Use three tags
This week at Lasting Memories, the challenge is to use 3 tags on your layout, with the optional theme of birthdays. I don't have any birthday pictures to scrap, currently. I am trying to finish up Christmas 2016.
I got a great kit at the CKC Convention in Lancaster last summer. Some of this layout is based on the kit, but I put my own spin on it.
My three tags are along the left side:

March Stick it Down Double Page Layout
This month at Stick it Down, we used this sketch:
Background paper by SEI
Matting Paper by My & My Big Ideas
Jolees Present Stickers
I just printed all of my photos from Christmas. I used photos from my pollyanna with my friends. I absolutely LOVE the photo of us laying on the floor with our heads together. I think we look like a snowflake.

LM 334 - Use a Banner
Hellllooooo! I'm back! I had a short hiatus. As always, we are renovating our 100 year old house. We are working on one of the 2nd floor bedrooms currently. We gutted the room to add insulation in the walls and re-wire to get rid of knob & tube wiring. My scrap room is on the 3rd floor directly above this bedroom, so when my husband cut the wires, I lost electricity in my scrap room. I now have light, just no electrical outlets, so I guess I won't be using my cricut for a little while, LOL.
Anyway, this week's challenge at Lasting Memories is to use a banner on your layout. There's an optional theme of birthdays this month.
We took a family photo at Christmas and I really love it. I wanted a layout to showcase it, and I found this awesome Christmas banner on the patterned paper. Here's my layout:
