Rocky Layout

I'm working on an 8x8 scrapbook of the dogs for my mother in law for Christmas. This layout is for Rocky when he was a puppy. Wasn't he adorable?

Details:

All paper and stickers came from DCWV 8x8 Dog Scrapbook in a Stack.  Cricut Plantin Schoolbook and Gypsy, Brown Sharpie

I used this sketch (and modified it slightly) from Liz Qualman:

Introducing....

My goddaughter, Colbin Rose.

Born 11/16/10 at 4:05 PM

Isn't she a cutie?  I can't wait to make a trip to NYC and meet her!  Congrats Dara and Rob!

Sorry it took me a few days to post this!  I was waiting for a picture to share with all of you!

Here's the scrapbook (in its entirety) that I gave my BFF at her baby shower.

Just Married

A few more layouts:

After our procession down the aisle, we had a minute alone in the back of the church.  I love these pics!

We were joined by the bridal party a minute later, and they all hugged us.  We formed a receiving line and all of our guests came down the line.

After the receiving line, everyone waited outside.

My younger cousins handed out bubbles to all of the guests.  As Mike and I came out, everyone blew bubbles.  It was SO pretty!

More pictures outside the church.

Details:
Paper by Miss Elizabeth, Me & My Big Ideas
Misc: Precious Moments stickers, K&Co Stickers, Cricut Gypsy Font, Cricut Lyrical Letters and Plantin Schoolbook, Cricut Wild Card, CM bubbles stickers, K&Co journaling blocks,

**The square "Love" was the front of a card - it was pink, but I used some Tim Holtz distress ink to make it purple.  The purple patterned hearts came from my "thank you" cards that I used for my bridal shower.

Congratulations & Procession Out

More wedding layouts.

After the big kiss, we were able to go down and see our parents.  Here's pictures from that.  After congratulations, we went back to the altar for the priest to finish up the ceremony.

Here's our procession out of the church.  My husband lost his flower halfway down the aisle, so that's why he is bending down in one of the photos.

Paper - Me & My Big Ideas, Paper Pizzazz
Misc: K&Co Stickers, borders, and journaling/photo frames, Jolees Embellishments, Cricut Home Decor (I think?  I don't have this cart, someone sent them to me)

We Love Grandmom

I am making a scrapbook for my mother in law for Christmas.  She LOVES her "grandpuppies" and is always complaining that she doesn't have enough pictures of them.  So I am creating a scrapbook with pictures of them.

This is the first page of the scrapbook.  I used this FABULOUS sketch from the Paper Poppy Kit Co

I love these pictures!  The top pic is the dogs on Debbie's lap, while she and I are scrapbooking!  The bottom middle picture is Debbie with the sweatshirt she got last Christmas (it has a boxer and a cavalier on it!)

Bible Readings

I created these pages for the Bible readings during my wedding ceremony.  I printed the readings on purple paper so that I would remember which ones I used.

My uncle/godfather did the first reading, my husband's aunt did the second reading.

The Priest read the Gospel and my godmother read the "Prayer of the Faithful."

Before the Ceremony

I've finished my 1st wedding scrapbook (the ceremony).  I am going to do a separate book for the reception.  I am going to take a break from wedding stuff to concentrate on Christmas projects and gifts.

Over the next few days, I will post the rest of the layouts from this album.

These pages go after my "getting ready" pages and before the actual ceremony starts.

The left page shows photos from Immaculate Heart of Mary church in Philadelphia PA, where I got married.  It is a gorgeous (and huge!) church, and I am glad that the photographer took these photos.

Fun fact: my husband and I go WAY back!  We were members of the same church and when we got our baptismal records from IHM we realized that we were both baptised on the SAME DAY!  (We were born 10 days apart).  Isn't that crazy?  We met in elementary school and started dating the summer after high school.

I love the photos on this page, especially the one of me & the girls at the top.  I used Photoshop to "selectively color" the flowers and stained glass windows.
