December Challenge YOUrself

This month at Challenge YOUrself, we have an "anything goes" challenge!

I created this layout using a photo from a Smith and Myers convert in 2020.  Since it was during the pandemic, the concert was held in the parking lot for the Phillies.  We tailgated in the back of my husband's pickup truck to watch.

LM 577 - Flashback Challenge - Multi Photo

This month at Lasting Memories, we are revisiting some of our favorite challenges from this year.  This week, our challenge is to use 3 or more photos.

I created a layout using some photos of my sweet Daphne (and the cats).  I took these photos in mid-January 2020.  Sadly, Daphne passed away at the end of January.

This month at Lasting Memories, we are bashing our stash.  This week, our challenge is to use enamel dots, brads and/or stamps.

I created a Thanksgiving layout using TONS of enamel dots.  The photos were from Thanksgiving 2020.  We hosted a smaller group than normal because of Covid.

This month at Lasting Memories, we are bashing our stash.  This week, our challenge is to use wood veneer, flair and/or buttons.

To be honest, I really hate flair, so I don't have any in my stash.  I rarely use buttons either.  I found an adorable gingerbread wood veneer, so I created a layout with him.  The photos are from my annual gingerbread house decorating party.  This is the second page of a 2 page layout, so there's not really a title.

November Challenge YOUrself

   This month at Challenge YOUrself, we are creating layouts that feature stamping!

I created this layout with photos from the day I found out I was expecting.  I surprised my husband with a onesie and book for expectant fathers.  

I used my old Stampin' Up onesies roller stamp for this layout and it was perfect.

LM 572 - Stash Bash - Ephemera, Chipboard and Tags

This month at Lasting Memories, we are bashing our stash.  This week, our challenge is to use ephemera, chipboard and/or tags.

I created a layout using lots of chipboard.  The photos were taken last summer at my brother's house.  I got a giant alligator float for their pool and my nephew (he was 2.5 at the time) loved it!  He even had on his alligator swimsuit and shirt.
