LM 342: Create a big number or letter

This week at Lasting Memories, our challenge is to use small embellishments to create BIG letter(s) or number(s).

I scrapbook chronologically and I create a new book each year.  I am still working to finish my 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 books.  For some reason, I usually create my title page last.  This is my title page for my 2016 book.  I am hoping to have the rest of the book finished soon!

My title pages usually have the year and one of my favorite photos from the year.  I love how this one turned out.  I even put our last name at the base of the 2.

LM 339 - Use the word spring

At Lasting Memories this month, our theme is spring.  This week, our challenge is to use the word spring in your layout.

I love this photo of my friends and I.  We went out in April for a girls night, since the spring weather was so beautiful.

April Stick it Down Double Page Layout

Here's the April sketch for Stick it Down:

This was a little outside of my comfort zone. I don't usually do a lot of spraying on my layouts, but I pulled our my Heidi Shine and was pretty pleased with the results.
