LM 470 - Mixed Bag - Fall/Halloween

This month at Lasting Memories, our theme is "mixed bag."  This week, our challenge is anything goes with a fall or Halloween theme.

I love the movie "Hocus Pocus."  My friends and I went to a quizzo trivia night all about Hocus Pocus.  We wore fun witch t-shirts, had some food, drinks and lots of laughs.

LM 469 - Mixed Bag - Icon Papers

This month at Lasting Memories, our theme is "mixed bag."  This week, our challenge is to use icon papers.

I've had this lightbulb paper in my stash for a while and I challenged myself to use it.  I came across these photos from seeing the show "Matilda" with my mom last winter.  In the show, Matilda turns on a light bulb with her mind, so this paper was PERFECT!

LM 468 - Mixed Bag - C.R.I.S.P.

This month at Lasting Memories, our theme is "mixed bag."  This week, our challenge is to use something that starts with each of the letters in the word "crisp."  I used these:

C - Chipboard

R - Redhead husband LOL

I - Ice Cream

S - Stars

P - Pink

I chose photos from Murphy's Ice Creamery in Ireland.  I work at an Irish Tavern that's also called Murphy's, so we had to take some photos here.  Plus, the ice cream was delicious!

October Stick it Down

I decided to scrap some photos from New York last year.  For Christmas, we promised to take my nephew to NYC for the day.  He wanted to see Time Square, the 9/11 Museum and the Empire State Building.  These photos are from inside the Empire State Building plus up on the top.

LM 467 - Mixed Bag - Torn Edges

This month at Lasting Memories, our theme is "mixed bag."  This week, our challenge is to use torn edges on your layout.

This is one of my favorite techniques.  It is quick and easy and adds dimension to your layout.  I am trying to finish up my Disneyland scrapbook, so I chose these two photos of Woody and Jesse.  This page came together very quickly!
