A Graduation Card

My cousin graduated from high school this year, and he is leaving for the Army on July 5th. So my aunt and uncle planned a graduation/going away party for him tomorrow.  This is the card I made for him.

I was waitressing at a graduation party a few weeks ago and I brought home one of the flower vases.  The vase had this tassel hanging from it, so I saved it for this card!
