LM 618 - Out of your comfort zone - tools

This month at Lasting Memories, we are going out of our comfort zones.  This week, we are using tools that are collecting dust.

I decided to pull out my cricut, since I haven't used it in ages!  I found this adorable pumpkin hexagon cut file and I knew I had the perfect photo to use with it!

LM 534 - Techniques - Let's Get Painty

LM 492 - FLOWER

This month at Lasting Memories, we are using supplies that start with the letters in spring words.  This week, our word is FLOWER.

I created a layout with photos from The Bellagio Gardens in Las Vegas.  We were there last fall and the theme for their display was "Indian Summer."  It was gorgeous.  There were tons of pumpkins, mums and other fall flowers and leaves.  There were animatronic tigers, foxes, monkeys, elephants, peacocks and other animals.  So cool!

Calvinball Layouts - Day 14

I took this photo of Oliver and Rosie on my sunflower rug this fall.  They really are the best of friends (in addition to being siblings!)  It matched this paper collection perfectly.

LM 473 - Patterned Paper Prints - Plaid

This month at Lasting Memories, our theme is patterned paper prints.  This week, our challenge is to use plaid paper on your layout.

LM 465 - Recipe - 3 photos, 5 or more paper strips and small word stickers

This month at Lasting Memories, we are using recipes.  This week, our challenge is to use 3 photos, 5 or more paper strips and small word stickers.

Last fall, I found a kitten crying outside my back door.  He was about a week old and I bottle fed him for 5 weeks.  While he was still pretty small, I got some photos of him with my fall pillows and also in this adorable fox basket and they needed to be scrapped!

LM 316 - Fall Celebrations

This month at Lasting Memories, the overall theme is "All About Fall."  This week, our challenge is "Fall Celebrations" such as Halloween and Thanksgiving.

My birthday is a couple days before Halloween and I have always loved the holiday!  I love getting dressed up.  I created this layout with photos from a couple years ago.  I was Minnie Mouse (and so was one of my friends, LOL).  I took so many pictures that I printed them small and ran a strip along the bottom.
