Pictures from my BFF's baby shower

As promised, here are some pics from my BFF's shower, which was on Saturday.  Her Mom and I planned the shower and I was in charge of decorations.  I hope you enjoy these pictures!

I made this cake.  I worked at a bakery for 6 years and I have always LOVED decorating cakes.

My BFF Dara with the sign I made for the baby's room.

My diaper cake was used as the centerpiece for the food table

I made this banner for the shower (and to be used in the baby's room)

This is the card I made for Dara (I will post the card on my blog in a few days)

I got this onesie at Target.  It says "My aunt is my BFF" and I had to get it for Colbin!  Plus, it is purple (my favorite color!).  So I am in LOVE with it!

Items for Colbin's shower

My BFF Dara's baby shower is next weekend. (YAY!)  I am busy finishing up the scrapbook that I'm giving her, making decorations, etc.  Baby Colbin's room with have pink and white polka dots, and her bedding has sheep all over it.  We used sheep and polka dots for her shower theme.

Here's the diaper cake that I made for the shower:

Dara registered for the adorable "sleep sheep" at Pottery Barn kids, so I decided to put it on top of the diaper cake.  Do you LOVE the sunglasses I found at Target?  I couldn't resist putting them on the sheep!
